Recently I started getting sporatic (hicups) slowdowns on my Hub. My logs show nothing unusual and in fact indicate very little resources are being used. I have upgraded/downgraded the FW versions anywhere form 3.140 to the current .123 and have noticed no perfomance differences with any version.
The only changes I can recall was an update to the Homebridge V2 server-side plugin. Ideally I would like the option to "pause" the Homebridge V2 app without uninstalling it only to have to reinstall it later if I determine this app is not the cause of my problems. Is this even possible?
Also, app and device stats are also available in Logs, which might help narrow down apps or d drivers to troubleshoot in csse you're just guessing so far.
FWIW I am using the tonesto7 Homebidge integration, current versions. Have not noticed any performance changes from the prior version, but still worth testing by disabling it, to rule it out I suppose.
I have had it running on two hubs for quite some time but about a month or two one hub appeared sluggish. It only had remote temperature sensors so I shut it down and moved these sensors to the other hub. All was good at the time. Now that I am having slowdowns on this hub I wondered if it once again was due to Homebridge and these sensors.
That said.... its a long stretch but glad to hear from bertabcd1234 I have an easy way to test this,
