Hub says inactive when it's not

Maybe I can hijack this thread while I have similar issue.

I have two hubs 90 km apart. Portal shows only one and the other can be found under "Show inactive hubs".
Under that Inactive one Active says No, but I can access Cloud dashboard so it is Active, but not reporting that.
I can operate it with ios app too as long as I don't change hub to the other. If change to one that is Activethere is now way changing to that "inactive".
Any thoughts on that?
