A simple reboot of a C8P running 2.4.1.176 will cause loss of Matter devices. These are Tapo TP-Link Smart Light Bulbs with the latest firmware. It will replicate almost every time I reboot the hub. To note, I still can control the devices fine from the Tapo application.
It took almost 20min after the reboot for Hubitat to fully restore Matter functionality in this case. These are logs from this device monitor.
