My Hub is C-8.
I tried to update hub to 2.3.9.193 and now I see message that Hub is rebooting and nothing changed since 20 minutes.
Should I wait more or what?

At 20 minutes it should have completed or timed out. Try closing your browser and then get back in and check. Could also check to see what the LED color is.
The LED color is green on the hub.
But it doesnt' work. I cannot connect to it through browser.
When I try to ping my hub I get:

Try accessing the Diagnostics Menu: http://192.168.1.4:8081 (you'll need the MAC from underneath the hub)
May have also grabbed a different IP address.
That's right! It got 192.168.1.5 IP address instead of .4 at the end.

I'd add a DHCP reservation to your router if you haven't already.
