Hub Protect Subscription Transfer

I own a C-7 and migrated to a new C-8 Pro last night. I followed the migration instructions and everything seems to be working. I transferred my Remote Admin and Hub Protect subscriptions from the C-7 to the C-8 Pro and it appeared to transfer successfully. This is a screen shot from the C-8 Pro:

My last step is to wipe my old C-7 before finishing this. Following the migration instructions, I powered up the old C-7, went to Settings, Diagnostic Tool, entered the MAC address from the C-7, selected Advanced, and tried to do a Full Reset. I received an error back that it cannot do a Full Reset when a subscription is still active, or similar wording. Sure enough, Remote Admin is still active. How do I resolve this so I can wrap this project up? Screen shot from the C-7:

If your plan is to resell the C-7, then the full reset is the path to take BUT, if you just want to wipe the C-7 so you can use it as a 2nd Hub. (Perhaps for Iris v1 devices, or a hub in a shed or garage, etc.) then just soft reset + reset Zwave + reset Zigbee radios. It's more clicks but it retains your registration and subscriptions.

Thank you. Likely won't use it as a second hub as I had good coverage with the C-7 so the C-8 should be even better. May sell.

Remote Admin is not hub specific, it applies to all your hubs with one subscription. That means I don't know why it is insisting  You have another hub, it's showing the subscription. Perhaps submitting a subscription support request: Subscriptions – Hubitat Support will help.
