My number of devices and reliance on Hubitat has increased a lot. I have hub protect, but I am unsure about the turnaround time for a replacement. I am considering purchasing a second hub to be able to restore if necessary. It seems like a lot of money if the turnaround time is quick.
So what is a standard turnaround time (including shipping in US) for a replacement if I have a hub failure?
I had one of my replaced end of last year and it was about 5 days including shipping (to FL). 5 days without automation would set my house on it's head 
, so I was glad that I chose to play it safe and get a backup.

I have hub protect but now you've asked the question it made me wonder.
Turnaround time for research and investigation may take up to 3 business days. Once the case is approved, then the order is placed and hub is shipped.
