No entry in “Device” column usually means Ghost.
I’m trying to figure out what’s happening with my hub. It was working perfectly three days ago, but suddenly all of my Z-Wave devices stopped responding. After some troubleshooting, I realized that only the Z-Wave devices are affected. From the dashboards, none of them respond at all. If I go into the Devices tab and select a specific Z-Wave device, it will eventually turn on or off, but only after a 30–50 second delay. My iBlinds remain completely unresponsive. Zigbee and Matter devices are all working as normal. Is this a case of a malfunctioning hub? I tried opening a warranty claim, but Due to an increased number of recent tickets, i may experience delay in their response time.
Unless you provide information requested you’re unlikely to get anywhere with this. When you were asked to screenshot the Z wave details page you posted pages showing around 40 devices but the columns for the right hand side of the page were missing. When you reposted, we got all of the columns but can only see the first page of devices.
We need to see screenshots showing the entire z wave details page from top to bottom with all columns visible. From the small snippet we’ve seen, there appears to be a ‘ghost’ device as @rlithgow1 has mentioned. That can play havoc with your z wave network. Additionally you have a couple of devices with S0 security in use, which is known to be ‘chatty’ causing excessive network traffic. That’s just from seeing a small selection of your table, but we need to see it all in one post in order that the more experienced community members can evaluate it and provide advice on how to fix it.
Just to be clear it doesn’t really matter that your system worked perfectly up until a few days ago. Even if you’ve changed nothing, one defective device on a network with other issues (that you weren’t aware of) can bring it to its knees and cause the sorts of issues you are seeing. If you have z wave issues that don’t get resolved, you would still have them if you replaced the hub (if you used a backup that included the current z wave radio database)
I’m no expert but as an avid Hubitat user I visit this community daily and have learned an awful lot from those on here more knowledgeable than me.
