I was using HE few years, then 2 days ago it stopped working. Automation not working, Cannot log in to hub (no response from hub), access to dashboard, devices, settings. In registered hubs tab there is a note “there are no hubs associated with email………”
Thats strange. I was not changing settings over few weeks.
I am wondering why hub dissapeared and if there is a chance to link it again without resetting.
What color is the LED?
Try doing a network reset: Network Setup | Hubitat Documentation.
Then if you can, look on your router UI to find the IP it gets assigned.

Can you see it from your router (by the hub’s MAC address)?
It you can confirm the IP via your router, try going to HUB.IP:8081 in a browser, see if the diagnostic tool will load.
Are you able to see the hub getting an IP via your router UI?
Yes, it is visible via mac address search, but cannot connect
Did you try connecting to the diagnostic tool? That should be up if the LED is green.
Also, I would try pulling power from the hub, wait 30 seconds, then plug back in. Something that will do the trick as well.

So what to do in diagnostic tool?
From there you could do a Shut Down.
Then once you get the RED light on the hub, pull power for 30 seconds then plug back in.
Once it boots back up, try using the new IP to see if you can get to the normal UI now.
I will try it. For now I tried to downoload katest version but I het information” could not fetch information” . Trying to shut it down now

This means your hub isn’t connected to Hubitat’s cloud servers. This is usually a result of DNS resolution failing.
I didnt changed router or hubs setting over weeks from that day. I have no clue what happened.
