Hub Mesh?

I'd like to install Z-wave devices in my workshop. Workshop is probably too far for reliable z-wave communication.

I do have the workshop on the same WiFi network using high power point to point devices.

If I have another Hubitat hub in the workshop, will I be able to control all devices whether in workshop or home using Alexa?

Is this what is meant by hub mesh, or does hub to hub communication use zigbee or zwave radios?

Hub Mesh works over the local LAN, so your example is a perfect fit for what it is made for.

You can share the workshop devices to the main hub via Hub Mesh, then share to Alexa from the main hub. Since you can only connect one hub to Alexa this is the only way to do it with multiple hubs.
