Hub Mesh Update is Throwing Error

I'm attempting to update my hub mesh pointers from my old hub (1&2 C-7) to the new hub (1&2). When I press the "Migrate" button, it is throwing the following indistinguishable error message.

Checking the devices, none are repointed from the old hub to new hub.

Thatโ€™s an HTML page that is being returned in error. Could try a reboot of both hubs to see of that clears anything.

Already tried. I rebooted twice. 3rd try (this one) was after I let the hub sit after reboot before trying again. Each time, I got the same "error". None of my other hubs are showing the same issue.

Next on my list would be to create and download a fresh back up, do a soft reset, and then restore the backup; but let's see if the @support_team has any ideas too.
