Hub mesh broken after update to 2.3.9.163

I'm running a C8 in the house, and a C7 in the garage. Today I updated each from 2.3.9.160 to 2.3.9.163. I've never had problems with hub mesh, until now. I had to manually go in and reconnect each hub in Settings > Hub Mesh. After a manual Re-sync, this worked to bring my garage devices back to an online status, except for all my Lutron devices. I have 2 x Caseta switches, 1 x Caseta dimmer and 1 x Fast Pico remote.

I've tried rebooting both the C8 and C7, rebuilding the database on each.

My next step will be to restore the backups and revert back to 2.3.9.160, but thought I'd post here before doing so.

I rolled back to 2.3.9.160, initially with little success. Hub mesh didn't return to normal. I tried restoring the database backup as well from just before the upgrade to .163.

What's really odd is that all devices seemed fine after I would "Reconnect" in hub mesh options, EXCEPT Lutron devices. Somehow these devices on my primary hub had "Hub Mesh" turned off. Even once turned on, I had to go into each device on my secondary hub and reset the link in the device settings. After this, I was able to bring the four Lutron devices back online.

Through all of this, and I don't know if it is related, my Alexa link stopped working and I had to disable and re-enable the skill.

I'm at a bit of a loss. I keep up with all the version updates and have never had a problem until now. I'm staying on 2.3.9.160 for the time being, as I've seen another one or two posts about hub mesh failures after updating to .163.
