Hub "logs" disappears when updating firmware

I'm trying to update the firmware on a recent hue outdoor motion sensor and the "hub logs" disappear after 13 minutes.

I've previously successfully updated 2 of these a few months back and the normal process was after around 12 minutes it would show 20%-40% etc. Now on 2.2.8.156 after 12 minutes the "--Live Logs Started, waiting for events--" disappears from the screen then within a few seconds the last log showing the update started disappears from the log screen.

Not seeing any further progress or "failed to update" logs being reported

Whatever change that happened with removing logs, now makes it impossible to update the firmware in devices. Even if you click "past logs" within an hour the "hub" device no longer shows up, therefore you have zero idea what the status of the firmware update is, as well as no way to find out if the update failed or if progress is happening.

Zigbee Firmware update is now unusable, it wasn't the best before but now is terrible.
