I've had some issues lately where ~2x a month my hub becomes unresponsive and i need to pull the power to reboot. Green light is on, but unable to connect via IP. I run nightly power reset's (through the Rebooter app). Last night after waiting three minutes after pulling out the power, and 15 minutes after plugging the power back in the blue light was still on. 2nd hard power pull the green light came back okay.
Recommendations on how to troubleshoot this, or look into what is causing this?

Do you have the latest firmware version? Have you tried reaching the hub at its 8081 address when this occurs?

What model is your hub? C-7?
Are you seeing errors in your logs? Sometimes, there can be apps that don’t play well with the Hub...
Not many errors, they only go back to earlier today. Do things normally show up after '--- Loading Past Logs... ---'?
I do have logs that are pretty heavy with zooz 4-in-1 sensor logs. I do know that has been an issue in the past, which is why i removed 2 that i purchased over BF in 2020, only 1 is enabled.
It might be worthwhile to try removing the Zooz 4-in-1 to see if it resolves the issue.
I have a couple of them and had to pair them with a separate controller with no security for them to work properly. That said, they didn’t lock up my hub...
I’ve never seen anything populate after that line...
