Why isn’t support responding to my message?
I’m not support, but…
I think this “app” is created/loads when you’ve install the Hubitat Mobile App on a phone/tablet and connected it to your hub, I think it is more of a service than an app.
It probably doesn’t show up under Apps because you can’t actually interact with it in any way.
I could be completely wrong though.
Support doesn't read every single message on this forum, although they do read and interact with a good number of requests.
That isn't the tag for the support team, so that might be another reason why.
I think for anyone to give you advice, it would help if you include your hub model, the exact hub firmware version you are on (please don't say "current version") and in this case probably even the phone you are using would be important.
I would also include the phone app version number you are using as well. At least on an Android, that is the bottom right menu ⩸ button, then App Settings, and you should see a version and a build number. I am on 2.1.4.07 [447] for example.
I agree with @ACKmySYN. The app doesn’t exist for user interaction but rather as a background service, so it doesn’t show up in the UI as an app to interact with in some way.
@jpavlik can you clarify whether you’re having some kind of issue related to your mobile phone and Hubitat? Is it just the warning about hub load?
Also to follow up on what @neonturbo mentioned.
There’s no user or group named @Support but there is a support_team group that can be tagged with a @ (I’m not tagging them here yet because it’s not clear to me that their presence is required).
Thank you for your response. You may be 100% correct, but regardless, it is causing issues on the performance of my hub and I’d like to get to the bottom of it.
The total “busy” time is pretty low at 6.3%, so ~50% of busy time is still a small slice overall.
What is the actual issue with the hub?
Yes, the hub frequently reports the hub load is elevated or severe and to look at the apps drivers for what is causing the elevated/severe load. Mobile App Manager is the culprit. I was hoping to get support to weigh in on why and how to fix it.
I’m on Hubitat version 2.5.0.153 on a C-8 Pro.
I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max running iOS 26.5 running Hubitat app ver 2.1.60 (460).
I have an iPad Pro 13.0 running iPadOS 26.5 running Hubitat app ver 2.1.60 (460).
@support_team I would sure appreciate some help as I have been unable to solve this for months and I have not found anything meaningful online.
Thank you.

Is the hub acting up in some way or is it the warning and no other specific symptoms?
This isn’t the greatest example…when hub load is elevated or severe, the hub is very slow to respond. Automations don’t fire promptly, etc.
Do you mostly connect and or interact with the hub via the Hubitat app on those 2 devices?
Any rules or anything specific set up that interacts with the phone and tablet?
Asking because my wife and I have both our iPhones connected to our hubs, so Mobile App Manager is running on both hubs with 2 phones, without issue.
She doesn’t do anything though, I rarely do anything except when I’m not near a computer, it’s mostly just used for geofencing and small quick stuff.
Yes, I have two iPads, and an iPhone, and I connect to Hubitat via the app on these four devices frequently.
I have notifications set up to send messages to the iPads/iPhone when certain events occur, but that’s all.
Like gopher said, I don’t think it’s Mobile App Manager by itself. Your screenshot doesn’t show excessive load at least at the time it was taken.
You might want to look at the events, logs, etc on that page as soon as this comes up.
Is something specific being used (app/integration) or an automation(s) running when this occurs?
Your screenshot is showing 325 apps, I don’t know if that is common for a lot of people or ultimately a lot or not.
But my guess is Mobile App Manager is not the root cause of the severe hub load.
Maybe someone else will chime in on trying to monitor and catch what triggers this.
