I maintain a friends system. He has a C5 hub. Yesterday, remotely, I updated his firmware to .130. Everything seemed to be fine.
This morning he called and said he couldn't access the dashboards. I tried to log in remotely but it wouldn't connect. He said the light on the hub was blinking every few seconds. He is not real computer savvy so I was a little handicapped from that stand point.
Finally had him pull the power. Wait 10 seconds and power back up. That solved the problem.
But kinda wondering what might have happened.
