Hub just spins

I have 3 C-8 Pro in 3 different locations. I can connect to 2 of the 3. Well 1/2 of the 3rd. I can pull up the dashboard on the 3rd but other then that when I try to go to the device page or app page I only get a spinning wheel. What could be causing this?

Probably worth explaining a little more about how you trying to connect to the hub, e.g. through a browser or through the app, etc....

Sorry I guess that would help out. It's through a browser. I can connect to the other 2 through same browser but the 3rd just won't pull anything up. I did just try on the app and it's seems to be fine there.

That is odd.... I don't have any answers.... only that the info could hopefully help others figure it out...

I was weird. I had to reboot my computer and now it seems fine.

I really can't say what the actual cause is, but my hub recently did that. I had to do a soft reset and restore a backup. All the radio data stays, so you only need to restore a regular backup after the soft reset.

I had a power bank between my hub and the USB power supply, and it was working great to maintain the hub through power outages. Then I decided to add an actual UPS, to also plug in my router. I added the UPS and left the power bank in-line, and the hub started rebooting itself every ten minutes, and I could not bring up any full page in the UI. I had to do a soft reset to fix it after removing the UPS and the power bank.

Bit of a tangent, but the strange thing about that was that I put just the same power bank back in line, and the Hub went back to spinning again. I had to do yet another soft reset to fix it again. It is like the UPS did something to the power bank, and I can no longer use it with Hubitat.

So, something with power can cause this issue. You might want to swap the USB power brick on that Hub.

Another note on Soft Reset: The first time I restored, I entered the hub setup completely, gave it a name and all, and then it found it was already registered and everything went smooth into the UI. The second time after breaking the hub again with the power bank back in, I thought it would be faster to just click the "restore from backup" link at the intro page, instead of setting up the hub first, and that left me with the spinning pages again. I did another soft reset and clicked into the new hub stuff again, and restored the backup from the UI after that, like I did the first time, and it fixed it again.
