Hub is fine, but cannot access via web portal

I don't know if it's due to pulling the plug on my MAC last night (bad idea, I know, had to.)
I get a blank screen after entering my logon credentials to the web portal.
No problem accessing via my iPhone app, and all functionality remains intact.
Tried updating to latest platform version 2.1.0.123 with no change.

Thinking of reinstalling the web application to see if that clears it up.

What exactly are you trying to do? Once your hub is setup you don’t need to login via HE Portal and can access your hub via assigned IP address.

What web app are you referring to?

Have you tried just clearing cookies and browsing data?

My mistake. I was thinking of the HE Web Interface.
I'm all good now.

Did the ip address change? Make sure you set up dedicated ip address for hub otherwise previous browser locations won't work.
