Hub went down at some point earlier tonight, noticed it sometime around 7pm Eastern. Haven't made any changes to hub in about a week. Tried to pull the plug to reboot, stalled at 15%. Unplugged it again but had to leave. Came back after 45 minutes and plugged it back in, stuck at 15% again for over 20 minutes now.
Iām having the same issue right now, awaiting support. Stuck on 15% on the latest update, which seemed to go fine.
Added the new Nest app, then it became unresponsive. Red light and no lights on the stick. So I unplugged, left it a good while and plugged back in. Stuck at 15% again.
Even downgraded the firmware, stuck again at 15%. Also attempted reboot after pulling the sticks. Still no different.
