Hub driver error on GE DImmer

I have been trying to clean my HE and optimize best drivers. About 6 months ago I began getting more Alexa errors in my logs. These errors I wanted to look at due to the recent Echo Speaks cookie refresh issues.

One of the errors I get often is:

While checking the Gemini recommended problem ideas, based on the errors in the log, it pointed me at devices with State of ‘Null’ and some other items as well. It was implied I may have driver issues. The driver I’m reviewing at the moment is on a number of switches. I had changed the Zigbee Generic Dimmer Switch to what I assumed was a more specific driver ‘GE Dimmer’. This more targeted driver offers Power Monitoring, a better range of min/max and pre-stage so it is desired. I try hard to stay off Generic drivers as a rule since I can’t see the driver code. The prestage thing goes back in time with me a few years so is also important to have. I must add the GE Dimmer is also one of the HE provided/unviewable drivers (and doesn’t show in the drivers listing).

Notice below - there are no ‘HE provided’ drivers showing:

Echo Speaks identifies these differently then other Dimmers, and I think erroneously. All of the questionable devices are showing in ‘Light Devices’, not correctly in ‘Dimmers’, while devices such as TPLink and KASA (thank you @djgutheinz ) work perfectly.

I don’t understand.

How is the app error in your screenshot (presumably from Alexa speaks) related to a GE dimmer driver?
