Hub does not connect to network

so apparently had to shut down the port and set to 100/FD then bring back up. Seems to be working now. Thanks for the replies.......

I've made probably close to 50,000 cables in my lifetime. I've had 11 bad crimps, 6 switches died, and 9 bad switch ports, and maybe 30 or so network cards died. Probably around 1000 damaged cables due to no strain relief or being cut. First and foremost check the cable. Half-duplex crc errors are usually a bad cable but it could be a bad network adapter or port. Forcing the duplex might just be masking the error. I'd monitor the port for a few days and make sure you aren't still getting crc errors.

Nope didn't like auto-negotiate - had to hard set again to 100-Full and now seems to be happy. I built these cables but test every single one  i've had bad ones as well.

I will do that. The errors instantly went away and Hubitat interface seems to be happy.
