Hub Discoverable but Can't Connect

Hi everyone. I'm having some issues connecting to my hubitat. Some background:

  1. i originally setup my hubitat a few months back in an apartment to test it and it worked fine
  2. i recently moved and the hubitat sat unconnected for a while
  3. i tried hooking it back up to my new home network and can't connect.
  4. the hub is discoverable, I just can't connect.
  5. i did try the suggestions in this thread (excluding connecting directly to the modem) but nothing worked: Unable to connect to Hubitat hub, shows as device but unable to access
  6. i'm okay doing a hard reset if possible since my original usage was primarily testing. But it looks like I need to access the hub to do the reset.
  7. hubitat light is green
  8. I'm using a Unifi Dream Machine Pro with a Unifi switch.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Did you try the network reset by pushing the button on the bottom of the hub? It only resets network stuff, so don't worry about losing anything.

I second hitting the network reset switch on the bottom of the hub.
