I woke up this am and none of my smart stuff works. Can't load the dashboards, but I can get to the hub interface but it's very slow.
Reboot the hub and when it comes back up, it acts like it's a new hub wanting to get set up. Restored the latest backup and it seems okay now.
Runtime stats won't open though.
Any ideas?

Looks like it's back up and runtime stats opens up again.
No further issues after you did the soft reset?
Its been fine since and this was almost 2 months ago. At the time one of the Hubitat staff looked at my logs and thought he knew what the problem was and that it would be fixed in the next update. You can read it here if you want.
So last night I performed a software reboot and went to bed. I didn't watch it to see if it would come back up because I just thought it would. Then this morning none of the automations would work. The web page was not responsive at all, but I could ping the hub. I then logged in via :8081 and performed a reboot there. Now I'm getting the hub is starting up page but it's stuck at about 90% done. What do I do now? I can still get to :8081. I don't want to do anything else without some gui…
Thanks. I'll keep an eye on it for now. Kinda scared me a bit. Luckily I had a good backup.
download a backup to your pc as well
