Hub C7 Stuck on 25% loading device Driver and it does not progress

Hi,
My Hub is stuck on 25% loading device Driver and it does not progress. I tried removing the power cable and then try it again but result is still the same.
Any Suggestion how to fix this.

Please go to the Diagnostic Tool then revert to previous version. Once your hub is back online, please send me a private message so we can further investigate.

I am able to login but now it is giving Error 500
