Hub C-5 running 2.3.5.152 locking up every 3 days or so

Since updating to 2.3.5.152 on 6/26/2023, my hub has gone unresponsive after about 2-3 days of uptime. I'm able to access it using the Diagnostic Tool to do a reboot.

I've had to perform the reboot using the tool on the 28th, 30th, 4th, and 7th. (I also run the Rebooter app to do a restart of the process every Sat at 3am.)

Is there any diagnostic events that I can look into to see what is causing the lockups?

Look at the hub information driver. It might help you diagnose.

If you are able to access the support tool likely you have a corrupt database...

goto yourhubip>>settings>>backup and restore

Click create and download button and wait for database to be downloaded (this will clean it)

Goto yourhubip:8081 and do a soft reset.

Upon reboot when prompted for restore, pick database that was downloaded to your pc.

This should clean your system up

Thanks - just completed that so hopefully that brings it back to stable...been rock solid for years
