Hub and Rules slow down after a week or so

Chromecast off. All other "outlaw" apps off. I had some rules that completely stopped last week so I deleted and re-entered them. Hub rebooted.....off and running. However, after a week or so, the same old bogging down of the system starts again. This morning my simple lighting rule triggered by an open contact wouldn't turn the light on. All verbal commands via Google Home and manual commands via Dashboard are instant. However, the loading of the screens on my phone (Chrome) are extremely slow. I also didn't get a text notice of one of my events this morning.

After reboot, everything takes off like a rocket. I will notice the App, Dashboard and other screen loadings start to slow down in a few days. Another reboot will solve it temporarily.

I've had suggestions that I have a "bad" ZigBee repeater somewhere in the network. If so, why are the manual and verbal commands instant while the "ruled" commands are slow?

Are you on the latest S/W?
If so, perhaps raise a support ticket and get the guys to see if they can see anything happening.

See what might be in logs. Check the ZigBee logs???????
