Is the need for this? Everything is locally on your hub.
It takes about five minutes to get used to the fact that you don’t need the cloud for the vast majority of functionality. Enjoy!!
thought the premium service which is included for the first year in the hub purchase includes cloud dependent services?

Hub registration requires access to lambda as does updating registration info.
knowing if lambda is having a bad day or hubitat code behind the api gateway is misbehaving would be a good step in troubleshooting new hub setup or failed hub reg. info updates
