I have maintained a summer and winter residence with Hubitats at each. To prepare my winter place to sell, I setup a new ID and had the 2 subscribed to remote management, then made the winter place a Guest of the summer ID.
Works ok, but problematic switching between them. Once you are on one location, switching to the other generates an http error and failure.
The only solution is to log into my.hubitat and start remote admin from there. At that point, you can start the app ok. Switching back has the same issue which is a pain for local and away types of people using remote features.
While I share the workaround, it is a real problem, but unlikely to be discovered by many.
My ultimate solution was to sell and turnover the winter place to a new owner. Once remote ops were established to the summer place, it remained in place without issue.
