HSM refuses to disarm. Even after reboot.
Can't disarm from dashboard or even in HSM app itself. Stuck in alert but won't allow the alert to be cancelled.
The alert device doesn't support the off command, what devices have you selected for alerts?
Pushover and Alexa TTS also there is the IRIS V2 keypad. This started with last firmware update. Is there a way to roll the firmware back ?
I didn't have a bunch of time to troubleshoot it tonight. I removed and reinstalled the HSM app and got it armed for the night
It's not the keypad, but there are issues those in 2.0.7 that will be fixed shortly.
Reinstalling HSM won't fix it.
Yes, go to Settings/backup & restore
My issue is fixed with reinstall.
If I had an hsm stuck on my arm I would have tried shaking it off first but that's just me.
