HSM Dashboard Bug?

Hi all - starting to set up dashboards and working on when to use modes vs lighting routines vs just RM and hit what I think might be a bug.

On my dashboard I've put a HSM tile that works great at displaying the current status, and when you tap it allows you to change the status. However, when you change the status manually the tile does not update to reflect the new setting despite setting it properly. Is anyone else seeing this behavior?

Video of the behavior: 08.01.2018-15.50.15

The problem is the page doesn't refresh. The status does change when you look in the log or refresh the page. So I guess it's a refresh bug. @patrick

Yes, exactly, I edited my original post to make the behavior more clear.

This is a bug. The next release will have a solution to existing dashboards. However, you can fix it now by going into the parent "Dashboard" app

The top, "Hubitat Dashboard" app and clicking "Done"

You can verify the solution by visiting the "i" and seeing 2 subscriptions in the parent app.

Next version will do this automatically.

Thanks @patrick good to know. I attempted your work around but it did not seem to have an effect on my system.

I followed these steps:

  • Click on Apps -> Hubitat (TM) Dashboard -> Done
  • Clicked on Apps -> the blue "i" next to hubitat(tm) dashboard and observing the following:

This temp solution is working for me. What browser are you using? I tried Chrome and Firefox.

Chrome on Win10 and Chrome on Android.

It works when adding a new dashboard, so I'll try removing/re-adding the HSM tile and a few other things. Should be good, thanks for the tips @patrick and confirming it worked @Navat604!

EDIT: It sort of worked on a fresh dashboard but removing and re-adding the HSM tile on the other dashboard doesn't work and now the new dashboard appears to not work. I'll try to narrow down the behavior after the platform update gets done in case it's useful. Of course, it may just be that this update fixes everything!

So interesting with 1.1.2.112 my "Fresh" dashboard created right before the update loads and refreshes the button properly, so bug squashed.

My original dashboard that the problem doesn't load at all. Going to reboot and test again.
