How to stop a trigger from firing at night

I have a sensor and a switch and currently when the temp drops bdlow 19c to start the switch and off when it hits 20c.

Is it possible to add a time range to this so when it's between 12am and 7am to not do the above?

Under restrictions at the bottom, you will have "between two times", it would go in there. This is under simple automation, not sure where you have the rule at.

You could also use a Night mode and then exit your rule based on that.

I was using rule machine. I'll checkout simple automation

Then use a conditional at the top of your rule with between two time and exit the rule otherwise.
