What HE staff member should I contact to request that a forum topic be re-opened? The topic for my Lift Off driver was closed automatically - that makes sense for 'question' topics, but not topics that dedicate a place for a custom app or driver that is still alive and well.

There are disadvantages to that which I prefer to avoid. For one, anyone who has already installed the driver would not be notified of issues, announcements, etc. unless they happened upon the new topic.
