How to Remove Dim Values in a Scene

I can't figure out how to null out the dim values for some lights in a scene. I just want them to be sent an "on" command because when they are sent a dim command, they don't slow ramp.

I've tried removing them and re-adding, re-adding while they were off then switching to on but I just can't get rid of the 75% dim value. It seems to work with other devices but these two Honeywell plug-in modules are just hard stuck on keeping their dim values.

I tried creating a new scene too and adding these devices and the 75% showed up there too.

Have you tried adding them as switches instead of bulbs or dimmers?

Thanks, that's an interesting idea but no, when you create a scene, it separates devices into different dropdowns based on their type. So I don't think I can select a dimmer as a switch in a scene... unless I'm missing something?
