How-To remove "Dead" / "Re-Initialize" Z-Wave Devices

Looking at the ZWave Information Page, I have three devices showing Status as "Dead" - "Re-Initialize" with a "Discover" button under the "Device" heading. I think these are left over from my attempts to remove the Sensative Strips window sensors from SmartThings and associate them with my Hubitat hub. I had to attempt the pairing several times before it succeeded and I suspect these are left over from those attempts. What is the correct way to clean them out? Or should I just leave them?

Force Remove a Dead Device

Don't use the Discover button, that is only for devices that are still attached to the network. Instead use the button in the Status column. Click Re-Initialize and the status should move to "Failed" then you can click remove in that same column. (it will appear when the status is "Failed")
