Have you updated the C8 Pro to its most latest firmware? The initial firmware could not see cloud backups.
I encountered the same issue. Instead of using the migration links through the process, I registered the C-8 Pro as a new hub. Then I navigated to the Backup & Restore page, where I could see the latest backup of the old hub. Even though that latest back up was not deemed "migration worthy", it worked just fine. Side note, in case it matters: I had a hub subscription on the old hub, which I then transferred after the migration completed successfully.
