How to import a date from a webpage?

I am trying to manage electricity peak hours. My utility is only giving me a personalized webpage with the date and time of the event between html tags :

There will be a peak demand event on:

  • February 17, from 6 to 9 a.m.

Is there a way to pull a date from a webpage ? Until now, I am using GCalsearch but I need to manually create the events.
