How to get support when all 3 HUBs MAC address is unrecognized

I have 3 new hubs and one is not showing in my account. When I try and open a support ticket none of the MAC addresses works in the required field.

Do your MAC addresses start with "34:e1:d1:8[0-f]"?

yes

I think you need to input it exactly as it appears on the sticker - i.e. without the colons.
