How to get Hue-Integrated Lights to have Inovelli switch match

I recently purchased a few Inovelli BLUE series ZigBee switches to control my front porch Hue bulbs. These switches have 'Smart Bulb' mode, so power is always available to the bulbs regardless of the switch status (on or off).

I was able to set everything up to control the lights (on/off) with the switch, however... I would like to setup up a relationship where if the lights are on via the Hue app or Hue Automation, the switch matches the status.

I've poked around in both Simple as well as Full Rules Engine, and I'm having difficulty figuring out how to create this synchronized relationship. I even looked into creating a Virtual Switch to act as the go between, but in both cases, the on/off status of the Hue lights does not appear in the drop downs.

Any thoughts on how to accomplish this?

(Should I be using any sort of Scene or Group configuration in Hubitat?)

Thanks for any guidance... I'm trying to transition away from Insteon/isy-994i a little at a time.
