Just seeing this issue. The device works if I dig down to the device manually, but from dashboard the permissions somehow got broken or maybe this check was added somewhat recently?
Anyway, is there a guide how to add this permission for a switch for example?
Please provide your hub model (C7, C8, etc.) and its platform version from Settings>Hub Details.

Have you gone into Apps > Hubitat Dashboard, then into the configuration for your particular Dashboard, and making sure the device in question has been added to the list of authorized devices?
I just had to do this for a device that has been working on the same dashboard for a few years. Somehow it was no longer in the list of devices for that dashboard even though the tile was still there. Gremlins
I had problems with a switch from two dashboards for the same device, but both had the device added to the dashboard. I removed the device and re-added to the dashboard permissions, then saved, and then it seemed to work fine from the dashboard again. Again, going directly to the device in the Hubitat admin page worked fine, but the switch was sending "command-off" for both on and off from the dashboard. Now it sends "command-off" and "command-on" after I re-added it to the dashboard.
Ever since a recent update, I've been having trouble with my dashboards. Problems with HSM custom switches I made and other things. Really strange things happening on dashboards that have been working for over 4 years.
I'm pretty sure recent updates have caused trouble with my old dashboards.
