I can't seem to find the option to duplicate a rule. I need several that are identical except for the time. It would be less work to duplicate one and then edit the time.
How do I do that?

Go to the SAR you want to clone, hit the gear icon in the upper right, hit the Export/Import/Clone button, and then answer the questions.
Yes, the interface element moved when it became possible to import/export/clone all apps.
