How to Disarm HSM with inovelli red series

Hello guys,

I would like to create a quicker way to disarm HSM when myself or my family can't get to the tablets or phones in time before the alarm sounds. I would like to use my Inovelli light switch button but everything I tried doesn't seem to get this to work.

I created a button for the inovelli that if it's pushed 3 times to disarm HSM and it works when I test it by clicking on "Run action" but when I physically press the up or down button 3 times, nothing happens.

I also tried creating several different RM rules as I was testing different ways, but nothing works.

The screenshot is not showing the trigger for the rule.

The trigger should be push and/or hold button 3 on the Inovelli switch. Then once the correct paddle (up or down) is pressed, the rule will run.

i use button controller to do the same thing, but 4 taps, and the LED flashes red when armed.
