How to determine last time I changed an app?

I did a backup of the HE before the last time I updated the HE software.

However, I can't recall if I made any changes to rules or apps or devices since then, and if so, what those changes may have been. Is there any way to get a list of the last time a rule, app or device was changed? Not when it ran, but when it was changed?

I am not aware of any way to see this.
