How to delete ghost zwave devices?

So a couple of failed attempts to pair the Linear Garage Door Opener resulting in a couple of ghost devices on the zwave list. How do I delete these so I can start over now?

I guess after awhile, it will show up as failed which can then be removed.

Any ideas on when some diagnostics information will be available on the GUI? Things like zwave repair information would be great. Such a pain now to include a zwave devices especially when you have to move the hub around the house then not know how long after reboot before things are ready for pairing new devices.

I am curious as well. I have a few devices that have been there for a week or so that haven’t shown up as failed so I can delete them.

Have you tried rebooting the hub? I did that and my zombie ZWave device disappeared.

Many times and even upgraded hub in between.

Was this ever resolved? I have devices which aren’t on the system any longer, but we’re not excluded to remove, and now just show as inactive on HE UI. Can’t figure out how to remove them
