In case someone comes across this topic, users can now replace emails from my.hubitat.com:

We are pleased to announce that one of the most requested new features for my.hubitat.com is now available. Starting today, users can replace the primary "admin" account for a hub, from "Hub Details" on "Registered Hubs" page, after logging into my.hubitat.com.
