Hi, i move today from Smartthings to Hubitat... and i found it a bit difficult... every device works fine with smartthing and it seams that nothing work normally with hubitat...
First of my 5 brand of device that i have problem with is my thermostat..
its Radio Thermostat CT22 with a zwave module chip in it...
can't figure out how to connect it to my hubitat.... some one got an answer?
@totallyfreak
You need to put the thermostat (and any other z-wave devices you have) in exclusion mode and exclude them before pairing. If you have a failed pairing for any reason stop what you are doing and look at your z-wave details page for ghosts. Can you post a screen shot of your z-wave details page?

well i check on the manual of the thermostat and i dont see how to put it on exclusion mode... i dont remember how i pair it with my smarthings hub many years ago... i check on google and youtube but dont see any clue about the pairing button on the CT22 model
@totallyfreak Are you sure it's a 22? Can you take a pic? Also can you post a screenshot of your z-wave details page
That's not a z-wave thermostat it's a WIFI one from everything im reading.... There is no integration for that as far as I'm aware. You could potentially write an integration.
Nope its really a zwave Chip.. its plug on the Side if the thermostat as extra connection
Yeah I looked further and found that... It can have either or... I found the instructions
So you want to put your module into exclusion and then hit exclude on Hubitat, Then start process again but hit Include on Hubitat
And again, if you have a failed pairing, check your z-wave details page. The reason I was asking you to post a screen shot of it is to make sure there are no ghosts in it. That will give you problems pairing
I find the mate button IT was hidden behind the top Cover.. just gave to press the button and voilà.. IT Works
THX a lot
