Added āCertain Timeā to it (e.g. Wait until sunset). Also, Wait for Event will be canceled on truth change. Only one Wait for Event can be waiting at any one time.

Can you confirm that "Only one wait for event" can be waiting at any one time?
So if I have something like this:
Rule 1:
Wait for events: garage door 1 closed OR Elapsed time 05:00
Rule 2
Wait for events: garage door 2 closed OR Elapsed time 05:00
It won't work or only the first one will work...?
That will explain why some of my rules are not working 
One active wait in one rule. There is no relationship between rules. You can have as many different rules as you want each waiting for something.
