How do you change device parameters I Hubitat

Hi I am Novi at this, I need some hepl

I have the super-basic-z-wave-parameter-tool as driver for my device:

And need to change Parameter Number Hex / Decima: 0x03 (3) from default 0 to 1 and it's size is 1

I know I have all the information but I do NOT know where and how to input tha information at the driver?

Maby here:

Set Parameter

ParameterNumber : ?0x03 or 3?
size : 1
value :1

Yes, that looks correct. Just hit the "Set Parameter" button after you've typed in those values to actually run the command. Then, switch back to your regular driver. Also, in this case, I'd recommend avoiding the typical advice and don't hit "Configure" (in the orignal/desired driver) afterwards--just in case the driver you're using overwrites your custom parameter settings when you do so.
