How do I simulate this notification with RM

Hello,
I have a simple notification that is:
if Hue motion sensor is triggered, notify me with a ping on sonos and pushover, BUT do it only once every 3 minutes.

I'm trying to complicate things by making a RM rule because I want it to repeat the sound three times.

Somehow I don't think the "Delay 0:03:00 (cancelable)" is doing what I want it to do.

Any ideas on making this rule do what I want?
