I have had a stable Konnected system for years, integrated to HE. I want to change my wifi password. How do I do that without Smartthings?
I just checked to see if I remembered right since its been a while and it still works - just did the below on one of my devices just now. If both networks are up at the same time that seems to be the easiest approach - is that possible for you? Unsure if steps might be different if old network is unavailable.
Even if you never used the Konnected Mobile App to set your cards up, go download it to your phone.
Once open, have it scan your network for your Konnected devices (my scan found all 4 for me ASAP).
Then click on your Konnected device(s) [have to do one at a time]
On the next page click on Open Status Page.
Scroll all the way to the bottom of the next page and click Reconfigure Wifi.
It will put the Konnected device back in hotspot mode
Connect to the devices Wifi network, it autolaunched the devices configuration page for me, type in the new credentials, and you should be done.
My Konnected devices were not set up with the app initially, and I just used their online flash tool on all of them out of the box. This is also the easiest way to reset and reconfigure them if the network can't find them. Might be a bit more typing inside Hubitat, but it is an option if you are willing to start fresh... https://install.konnected.io/
