Just click Add Device > Zwave (buttons across bottom)
It should grab one of the generic zwave dimmer drivers by default.
If that's an Enbrighten model there is a GE Enbrighten Z-wave Smart Dimmer that would work and may get picked by default instead.

Its an older circa 2017 or earlier version of the dimmer. @dave7 it will pair just fine as I had many of those years ago and match to the appropriate "Generic Z-Wave ** " driver.

If it's the older non plus, just remember it won't update it's status without having z-wave poller installed.
