How can I control LIFX bulb and effects through SmartThings?

I have 20 Leviton z wave plus switches, dimmers, receptacles, and z wave extenders all running thourgh my HE. I also have a SmathThings hub, but as of now nothing running through it. My goal is to be able to have the LIFX z strips power on, run a particular LIFX scene, and also start the LIFX effect "Animate". What is the best way to make that happen? Hubitat or SmartThings. And how would I go about making it work?? Thanks for the help. - Brad
